The Grotto Studio is located in the back building and overlooks our charming courtyard (and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the bed!). Open the French windows in the bedroom and kitchen and enjoy flowers, palm trees, a grassy yard, and unique, colorful tiles and architecture, all while listening to our functioning historic fountain and the sounds of crashing waves.

The Grotto is furnished with a king-size bed, a full-size sofa bed, a full kitchen with table and chairs, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a Brita water pitcher, pots, pans, dishes and silverware, various kitchen utensils, glasses, wine glasses, a coffee maker, coffee, and coffee mugs.

Grotto also comes with a small patio with a chiminea (wood provided), two chairs and a small table, and (surprise!) another peek-a-boo ocean view right outside the front door.
